"My Mom hired this Company and the Owner Lord has been 2nd to none in Professionalism and not only listening to my Mom's request but then acting on time and very responsive. Half way into the repairs everything is more than anyone could ask. Beautiful work and Mom even thanked all the workers for their kindness and thanked them for not cursing during their time on her property. All the workers earned their pay and are very respectful. We will update during and after all repairs are complete. So far So good. Wonderful. They are very clean and keep everything picked up. Lord stayed on top of everything. 5/25/2020. Nothing has changed our mind. This Company led by Lord is on top of their game. They continue to go out of their way to make my Mom Happy. Lord McArthur has a great attitude and has a a special talent as far as seeing the job at hand through the Customers eyes and wants only the best results. So far he has produced what he promised plus more. Lord and his Wife both make you feel like Family and this world needs more people just like both Lord and his Wife. We are in the final stages of Home Improvements and my Mom could not be happier. Job completed and Mom could not be Happier. Even after a phase of the project did not go as expected Lord McArthur made it right. He is a Man of his word and that is very hard to find today. Thank you Lord McArthur and your Team. "THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!! I had a large tree in my backyard that they said they could remove in 3 days. Well, one week later the owner, Lord McArthur, calls me with and tells me he cannot do remove all the debris then want to leave. Later, he decides to stay yet needs $1500 more. All together I paid him $4200. He cut down the tree and piled the shavings over the stump to hide it. After raking up the shavings from the yard, the stump was revealed. I call the owner, Lord. He showed up, told me to give him 30 days to give me date when he would grind the stump. The 30 days are up and he has no intention to grind the stump. He initially gave me a receipt saying he would grind the stump. Now, I have to handle him legally. If you deal with him, be prepared for lots of headache. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! If I could give negative points, Iwould."
