"Very dissatisfied. Made an appointment with Bryant online to service/clean my furnace. The technician showed up on time. He came in and started "working" on my furnace. My daughter was standing with him while he was working and he told her that she needed to go sit down while he did his work and he would let her know when he was finished. The technician then showed her pictures and told her that he had to turn off the furnace due to it being unsafe. Telling us that it had a Crack along with several other problems and that we could either spend the money to fix it or the better option would be to buy a new one. He quoted us both prices and left. I spent a week without heat in February with a one year old! My carbon monoxide detectors never went off and they are brand new and near the furnace. I called and got a second and even a third opinion who told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace. No cracks nothing broke no leaks. I paid $60 and he didn't even clean my furnace and that was the whole reason he was called out here. I now have someone who is going to clean and service my furnace and will never use Bryant heating and air again."

If I had my choice I would not want anyone else. He found the issue quickly and fixed it and had us back up and running in no time. Can’t thank him enough for the work he did."
