"Worst place ever!!! No one EVER answers the phone, you get random voice recordings and no one ever calls you back. Sent in a referral over a week ago 3 times and they're still silent. I finally HAND DELIVERED the orders last week and couldn't get past the front desk(rude, unhelpful girl working the desk) then she called someone and told me she'd just email someone my orders and STILL NOTHING! No answer when I call today either. Do NOT use this place if you want any results at all. Horrible!"

"Family member had an MRI at this facility. She was told by the scheduler and the business office that the MRI would be completely covered by insurance. Two weeks later she got a bill for $2000. Also, be warned that many physicians have ownership in the hospital and refer their patients there to make more money. She could have had the MRI at an outpatient facility for half the cost. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT THEY TELL YOU Update 2/20/24- Today I called the business office and they admitted they billed for a hospital MRI when it was done at a doctor's office. They said they will call me back to fix their error. Their message below says they will contact me. In 2 weeks I have heard nothing. I wish I could rate 0 stars"

"Had 2 spinal neck fusion surgeries here at Baylor. Best hospital experience ever. The nurses were extremely professional and caring wish I could remember their names. PT Conor & Cory were amazing. Of course I can’t thank my surgeon Murphy for a successful surgery! Thank you Baylor Staff :-)"

"Very dishonest and disorganized staff. Showed up for my procedure and was told that my procedure was not confirmed by Dr Troy Foster. I tried to show them my confirmation text and they were not having it. They lied by saying that they do not have Dr Foster’s number. Another person demanded the first person to step aside and changed the narrative that its my fault. Lied again by telling that they do not have a supervisor. They again lied by telling me that supervisor was informed but no one showed up. Left without having my much needed procedure and even an apology. Called & spoke to 2 person to take complaint but no follow up. Please don’t waste your time in this place"

"Just finishing up my second knee replacement here at Baylor O&S hospital in Arlington. Difficult recovery coming but such nice, friendly service and competent staff from the nurses, techs, PT folks and doctors. My third surgery with Dr Kazewych went well again (knees and hip) Everyone knows I’m having a bad day so they go out of their way to make me comfortable. A bit of a surprise is their food which is restaurant quality with lots of choice. Note this is my 5th surgery here and they have been consistently great but perhaps they should have a frequent flyer program for folks like me? I feel like I’m already in first class."
