"SERVPRO came to our rescue. We had water damage on Christmas Eve. We contacted SERVPRO the day after Christmas. Dylan Pahle came out to survey the damage and gave us an estimate. We agreed and a crew came out and took up the pad and carpet, moved the furniture and set up the drying equipment. They returned today and collected the equipment. "Guy came to our home one day to see what work needed to be done. We had black mold in our bedroom closet, caused by a leak in our AC unit above. He was very helpful and friendly, and he was able to get us on the work schedule for the very next day. Ben and his two helpers, Carlos and Noah, arrived on time the next morning. They put plastic runners down on the steps and all the way to the upstairs closet. We had covered all the clothes and shoes in the closet, but they were afraid the messy work taking down the ceiling would possibly get on the contents, so they said they would remove everything, no problem. I felt badly that we hadn’t prepared the closet well, but they cheerfully said no problem, they would take care of it. There were two racks of clothes, a huge shoe rack, also two holders of many belts on the wall, so it was a big job to do before they could even get started. The work they did was exactly as expected, and the cleanup was thorough. Excellent! I didn’t need to do any cleanup at all! I highly recommend all of them for a job well done. The only reason I didn’t check “good value” is because I have no idea what their service cost. The AC company was responsible for the damage, so they’re paying for the repair work."
