"I had been going here since i was 16 years old and had my first job. My mom used their services, so of course, i naturally trusted them. One year, I went to one of the other offices and used someone else to do my taxes, but I wasn't satisfied. However, as long as i stayed at the same branch and used the same preparer every time, at the place i usually had gone to, i got a decent refund. They've gotten a little more expensive (who hasn't), but if or when I'm not doing my own taxes, I still go back to Dillons"

But a couple walks in over an hour after me, and they immediately get picked first to go in front of me!! They are unorganized and I think it is very rude to not know who has been waiting the longest to get the service first!"
