"0 stars. I have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE in the results I got from my ultrasound at this place. First of all, my whole purpose for the exam was to confirm a hernia but that was not performed or mentioned on the report. I specifically asked the tech did she scanned the umbilical hernia area because it didn't feel like she did. She said yes. Second major problem is the report visualized a healthy gallbladder without stones and normal wall thickness. Well that's Great and Funny considering my gallbladder was SURGICALLY REMOVED OVER 3 YEARS AGO. Do they magically grow back? Radiologist and/or imaging tech must have been under the influence while doing my ultrasound or just very super incompetent. How do I trust this report and any of the other so called findings when they can't even tell when a gallbladder is absent? And now I still don't know what this knot is that I feel in my abdomen along with the other symptoms which is why I was there. What kind of patient care is this? I could have something seriously really wrong that needs treatment. Called the office to discuss the issue and was brushed off like it's no big deal. Told to call my doctor. Well my Dr did not do the test. Your facility did it. To make matters worse though, it seems my doctor that ordered the test is in on the lie too. She actually said that the report confirms the hernia. Hmmm. Guess she had no idea that my eyes would see the actual report where there is NOTHING that mentions a hernia. They never checked for it. Don't go here if you care about your life and health and getting an accurate diagnosis. Now I have to find a new doctor that doesn't blatantly tell lies and a new competent imaging facility that at least knows when a gallbladder is absent. Money and time wasted. Unacceptable.."

"My appointment was for 10 and I arrived at 9:30. The X-ray tech got us in and out. I was not aware that we had to wait for the MRI until 10:30. No one checked on us, just had us sitting back there till I asked myself. If my appointment at 10 then I except to be done all at once. It’s now 10:40 and still have not taken MRI. Last time coming here. I’m giving it 3 stars cuz the X-ray tech was excellent!"

"Every time I’ve been there, I’ve been taken care of promptly and professionally. The technicians have been friendly, know what they need to know and treat the patients with care and compassion. I love, as in 5-star, love this Envision location. I’ve had similar experiences at the Bedford and N Fort Worth (Keller) locations as well. Good choices for your radiology needs."
