"This has been the worst tax experience I’ve ever had. I instantly knew my taxes would be audited but the person filing my taxes suggested they knew what they were doing, so I went along with it. HUGE mistake. Now it may takes month for me to see my return. And to make matters worse. I received a couple calls from this place because I rated them poorly on the customer satisfaction survey. - initially I received a voicemail from the receptionist. I assumed it would end with that voicemail. Wrong again. This lady called me again to ask about my poor rating. I answered her question and instead of apologizing for the service I received or trying to correct the issues. She seemed to be trying to justify the problems and complain about reviews hurt their business. Not only was I shocked but I was disgusted. Now here I am 2 months after filing and being audited."
