"Extremely impressed by quality of service. Jonathan knew what he was doing and took no shortcuts. I had a shower faucet valve replacement that required cutting drywall behind the shower. He took his time to cut out only what was necessary, leaving a clean cut to re-attach the existing drywall. Drywall repairs will be minimal because of this. Also impressed by the speed at Greenwell Plumbing. I waited a few days just to get on the schedule at a different local company. I told the other company exactly what was wrong, and that it was likely the entire valve needed replaced. I thought they were showing up to replace the valve, only to find out they were just going to tell me what I already knew. They wouldn't put me on the schedule to fix an actively leaking shower for over a month. That same day, I called Greenwell Plumbing. Jonathan came right over and replaced the valve the same day. This was a huge relief. Thank you!"

"December 2023 I was SO excited to have better water pressure than we've ever had at this house. Nick replaced the shower valve, answered my questions, and even went the extra mile to install shut off valves for the shower. The price was reasonable...really better than I think I could have gotten elsewhere. Before he came to do the installation, we chose the option of taking out the piece of the wall that was in the way ourselves. That option saved on the expense...and I truly appreciated being given a fair quote with and without that portion of the work. "UPDATE 11/6/23: We have worked with Austin Mathis several times now for different plumbing issues. He is always professional, efficient, communicative and really wants what is best for the client. We never feel left out of the loop and always feel well taken care of and that Greenwell staff are honest and helpful. 5/22/23: I cannot say enough good things about Austin Mathis. We had to have him back only one business day after he was here (for a separate issue) helping install our kitchen items. We found a leak because there was a water line on our basement bathroom ceiling. He was able to assess and detect where the leak was coming from (master bath toilet upstairs which is above the basement bathroom). He repaired the crack found in our toilet flange, likely caused by a heavy toilet and possible difficulty with initial installation (by my husband). He also fixed a leaky valve under the sink which we had also noticed in the same basement bathroom. He was on time, professional, reasonable, kind, and knowledgeable. We will continue to request him with any of our plumbing needs."
