"The site kept telling me that there was an issue with my State and that I needed to fix it or I would not be able to E-file! It had something to do with completing my pension exclusion! I kept going back over everything several times and if I wanted help, I had to pay $69 to speak with someone! That would have taken almost my entire refund! When I would click on fix issues, it would not take me to the problem!!!! I ended up having to mail my return! I’ll be using another site next year!!!!!!!!"
