"The only complaint was the pillows were very uncomfortable. But a quick trip to Walmart fixed that issue. Everything else was great for the money. The room was Cleaned well every day. The staff were very nice. The laundry room was great and only a Dollar a load. The pool was sparkling blue. Lots of palm trees and tropical plants everywhere. I would definitely stay there again. I spent 5 days there and didn't want to come back to Dallas"

"I was driving back to Dallas and I was tired so I stopped and got a room front desk person was nice but went to the room and layed on the bed and immediately started itching. I pulled sheets up and the bed was infected in bed bugs both beds were. I went to front desk and they offered another room but I refused I was bit by bed bugs. I went to another hotel…."

"You literally get what you pay for but in my case it should of been way less! The room is falling apart, it’s dirty, the restroom has mold and the walls are dirty and have some Type of damage, I say water. No coffee/coffee makes no cups, no ice bucket, when I got here there was no one at the front desk. The carpet was wet and musty. The room smelled funky. I literally sprayed Lysol all over the room! Only goof think was the tv actually worked. The lamps didn’t. Furniture is dirty and towels dirty and blanket had cigarette burns even though my room Is a non smoking. This place is owned by Indians and my personal experience with places I’ve stayed that are own by them have been the same! I wish we could give negative stars and I’m not sure why it’s even considered a two star hotel! Hope this is helpful, it’s s tough decision when you’re tight on money and using a 3party co"

"We had been renting on the weekends bc our ac had been broken. The first stay was good. The second time we went back there was old soap in the shower. There was nats around the coffee cup from where they didn’t clean it. It had an old coffee bag in it. My feet from walking around the room bare foot were black. Assuming they never clean the carpet. On top of that the ice machine didn’t work. There was no ice buckets or cups in the room. We had family come swim and the owner wanted to charge 10$ a person to swim. Like we hadn’t spend money already to stay. For him to want to charge our family. Then he kicked everyone out. Saying no visitors but there was no sign that said that. Yet he wants everyone to rate his hotel a five star. It’s definitely not five star and we will definitely not be back."

"First room didn't have a shower curtain, there was a roach by the microwave, phone didn't work. Used my phone to call the office. They came to verify there was no shower curtain. Moved to an upstairs room, no elevator, steep stairs. Room key ended up not working. Was given a 3rd room. Sheets on 1 bed looked filthy. Random items under chairs."
