Keepers of the Chimney

"I am really surprised about the 5 star rating. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. They came to my house and seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They said that I needed a custom made cap. They gave me a quote and I told them when the funds come in I will call them. I did. They said they would order the cap , that was about a month ago. Since then I have called at least 5 or 6 times. Normally I would have gave up sooner but they seemed really nice. My final call was to say I didn't know what the problem was but I guess they aren't coming. Also they are listing being credited by the better business beureo and I checked the bbb website and they aren't. I hate leaving bad reviews but they left me no choice"
