"Was quoted $300 for 2 tests together, had insurance problems with one but now the other test with no issues is suddenly $300 by itself. Not the first time Envision has quoted me a low price then changed the price when I get the appointment confirmation call. Never had an issue with the staff. Upon leaving I was actually charged what should be close to the original quote, assuming I’ll get the rest billed to me, but I don’t know now."

"Ryan did a great job with my chest X-ray. Very polite, patient, and respectful. Listened attentively, and explained everything. Nick/Nicholas, however, who did my CT scan, was the polar opposite. Pointed and waved me around like I was a misbehaved child, he was rude, and treated me like a piece of cattle. I gave five stars because of Ryan. ZERO for Nicholas."

My appointment is always honored in a timely manner. The one time I had a diagnostic test, the radiologist gave me the results almost immediately.
