"I'm really annoyed that I had made the appointment for 6pm I had gotten off work at 5pm so that means I had to rush to my appointment during rush hour traffic only to show up AND NOBODY IS EVEN HERE WORKING. I only came to this location hoping Patricia would be working here. I truly needed this appointment. So, I made an appointment for the other outer loop location once I left this location to get online 12/12/23 to find out both of these locations are CLOSED till Friday you should have put that information online prior till today. I'll stick to the east end properties. Unless I get to work with Patrica"

"4840 Outloop Louisville Ky .Booking online or on the phone doesn't matter.Patricia will double and triple book appointments and have you waiting for hours. I booked online for 6:00 PM My husband book on the phone the day before for 6:30PM the same day. I arrived 5:44PM another couple was already with Patricia.Around 6:00PM another women Tia walks up and ask Patrica if she remembers her.She then asked women what time her appt. was she said 6:00PM then asked what time mine was I told her also 6:00 and my husband's was for 6:30.at 6:50 the couple finishes up amd then Patrica tells me she has to take the women first because that was her appt.I asked what was I ? I had been there first and also had a 6:00 and couldn't have told me this before I waited 50 minutes past my scheduled appt. Bait and switch, dirty marketing, lieing, cheating, and the attitude from Patricia is un exceptable and deserves termination. I reached out to the BBB they said try to resolve with Jackson Hewitt before opening a case.I called waited on hold for 20 minutes selected to have them call me back waited another 45 minutes got a call back got the run around with slow computer issues and the call disconnected.No one called me back.Gregory Mcfarlin, where is your email address and phone number?where do I send the invoice for my hourly rate since I was wasted an hour with an appointment. If you show up 15 minutes late they make you reschedule. So when they keep you waiting an hour with an apptment and you get nothing.They now owe me."

"I had a appointment at 11:45. Only to show up at 11:30 to no one there. I waited until 12 and no one showed up so I left. After doing some online reviews with the company. I well no longer have them as a option. What I have read..it cost a few hundred to file. And if you pre qualify for the loan. You well not know if you get it until after you have already done filed. And what I have read most don't get it. Be aware. I would not recommend."
