"I went in for my first mammogram screening at this place and everybody was very kind except the actual mammogram tech. She was very rude, rude ! She would ask questions, and then interrupt me before I could finish my sentence. She told me I was tense, but honestly, she made me tense, because of how rude she was in the beginning of the appointment. She was very rushed. This place needs to have a meeting with all their mammogram techs on how to be polite and courteous and professional, which she highly lacked ."

"I was super nervous to get my MRI done as I always am but Mr. Frank and Bri were a pleasure in assisting me with calming my nerves. They were very patient and kind to me. I was in and out quickly. The front desk staff are also very nice. I recommend this location 10/10. Thank you for providing such awesome care to your patients"

"Waited 40 minutes plus 15, and they wanted me to show up early to get a procedure done. Asked for office manager, and that took another 5. Asked why and stated, "was on the phone with the boss", in a snippy tone. Was told the delay because they were behind. Asked why was not notified about delay and said she didn't know. But she knew they were behind? Very unprofessional"

"I accompanied a patient of this facility last week and was treated poorly by a male staff member (not entirely sure what his position is) but it really has been on my mind ever since. I use a cane to walk and when he came out to the waiting room to let me know my best friend’s mom was finished with her MRI, he literally scoffed at me and in the middle of a waiting room filled with people, asked me “wait, so you’re here to drive her?” I was so embarrassed and honestly very disappointed. I can’t understand the ignorance he felt compelled to broadcast to the entire waiting room but I would hope someone in the medical field wouldn’t be so rude and so quick to make assumptions. My walking assistance needs are due to a minor balance issue that doesn’t affect my ability to drive whatsoever. I’m still so shocked that he reacted that way. Truly so disgusting."

"Superb experience. Every patient was greeted with a smile by everyone. My wife expressed extreme confidence in the ability and professionalism of everyone with whom she interfaced. Please consider opening an imaging center in McKinney, Texas. My wife's oncologist's office could do no better for a PET scan appointment than a 3 week wait. That was over a wide area which included several other imaging facilities. I recommend you also consider Sherman, Texas as another area where wait times are long."
