"UGH! This was a horrible experience! I made an appointment for 6:30 am for a 7:00 "table time" for what was supposed to be a 20 minute procedure. I arrived at 6:30 to an office empty except for 2 other patients. At 6:45, the lab tech came out to tell us he didn't know what was going on or why nobody was there but he was going to go ahead with the first patient. At 6:50 the receptionist waltzes in and sits at her desk without acknowledging the two of us still in the waiting room. After a few minutes I walk up and knock on the glass. She deigns to help me check in as if she's doing me a favor. At 7:30 I'm finally called back for my procedure. The lab tech is very condescending and placating. I'm finally on the table about 10 minutes later. My "20 minute" procedure is complete 30 minutes later. I'm instructed to have a seat in the waiting room to wait for my CD of my scans. I sit and, 15 minutes later, I go ask how long it will be before my CD is ready. Miss Late Thang tells me I have to tell them I want the CD before they'll scan it. I tell her that I was not told that, I was simply told to sit and wait for it. She "apologizes" and says it will take about 45 minutes. I. Am. Livid at this point. I go to the bathroom and when I come back I take a seat. About 5 minutes later I'm called to the desk and handed my CD. This place is unprofessional, rude, condescending, and just overall a terrible place to get medical work done. If I'm ever referred here again by a physician I'll decline and ask to go somewhere else. I hate that I even have to give it 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would."
