"Boat broke down on water, Mr Bill sent his guy to our dock to assess the problem and help get the boat to the shop. We had a full explanation of what was wrong, what it needed, and what it would cost. Couldn't afford to get it fixed while on vacation, so they put engine back together to haul it home safely and kept it on their lot until we were ready to head home. Excellent communication and customer service, would be worth making the 5 hour trip back when we're ready to get the lower unit fixed. Made the bad experience with our boat the best it could be, thank you Mr Bill and crew!!"
