"Run away from AMS! Their service is a nightmare. They have a complete lack of responsiveness and ignore phone calls. Similar to others, when we attempted to switch services independently, they maliciously locked us out of our own website by altering passwords and emails without any notice or permission. It took an excruciating ordeal with regain control of our domain, meanwhile they continue to charge us and threaten us if we don’t pay. AMS is a total disaster, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy."

"Absolutely horrible service. They've been a nightmare to get service from. Completely unresponsive and not returning calls. We tried to switch services on our own and got locked us out of our old website (they changes passwords and emails without communication or permission). We had to escalate to the actual domain host and ICANN to release the domain. Would not recommend and would advise anyone else to stay far away from AMS."
