"Checked in at almost 6pm and "rooms where not ready yet". Does not currently serve breakfast. Cell service in rooms is poor, Wifi service on site is very poor. Keycards stop working for rooms after about 24hours, must goto office to replace. Heavy foot traffic, noisy outside room. Only about 30 tv channels. I will say friendly staff, not super helpful unless you bug them about whatever the problem is, but nice none the less."

"I'm an easy going person but this place is terrible. I started with getting a room that had no running water. I went up to the front to ask about it and was just told there was a confrontation. When I went to gather my things I noticed the top lock was cracked in half and someone tried to put it back together. It fell apart when I touched it. They moved me to a room with no wifi and a creepy painted over door.the key card deactivates every day even if you stay longer and are paid in full. The bath tub comes with no drain I had to fix the sink to hold water and to top it off big flying roaches I fear flying roaches."

"I’ve stayed here many times. Each time it’s been clean and relaxing. Lots of stores around with good restaurants and a couple of bars, all within walking distance. If you want the best WiFi request a room on top floors. Bed isn’t to soft, helps with a bad back and there is a Whataburger directly across the street open super late. I’m positive with my job, I will be here again, and that’s ok with me. Oh and the front desk are nice people."

"They do a great job cleaning the rooms!! But sad to say the front desk does not show the willingness to get issues corrected. I informed the front desk that the ice machine was broken and a blank stare was their answer. If not for the unattentative employee at the front desk, I would of scored this location a five star rating. I hope someone in management will look into the one and only ice machine and train the front desk how to acknowledge when a customer has a request to reassure that customer that the situation will be addressed, not just an okay thanks for the information..."

"My experiance here was not a bad one at all. I read some of the reviews and I get it, but I can see this locations tries hard to keep it clean and and comfortable for their guests, it's not the greatest looking place but it is very decent. As for the outside people saying it looks very shady or creepy, the place is actually lit up and has plenty of lighting and plus, their are two nice gas stations across the street and and does not have people hanging out looking suspicious. I had a nice time here for my visit to Laredo and I will definitely be going back to stay at this location."
