"My PC doctor referred me to Solis for a mammogram and a young lady from Solis called me to VERIFY my insurance a month before my scheduled appointment which was on a Saturday. I received several calls and notifications before the appointment only to get there early on a Saturday morning for them to tell me that my insurance is out of neyo. How unpredictable and inconsiderate. I'd actual cancelled plans to ensure I made it to this appointment as breast cancer runs in my immediate family and I've lost 2 younger family members to breast cancer. The lady at the front desk said she reached out to me the same morning as the solo and I also spoke to someone the day before to confirm. The lady at the desk Saturday stated some call centers accept my insurance and some don't because some are hospitals based or something to that nature. At the end of the day it was all bad business and unprofessional considering the appointment was made a month in advance, they had ample time to VERIFY IF MY INSURANCE WAS IN NETWORK...."

"Appointment was @ 9:30. Arrived early as instructed to do paperwork. Another patient showed up 10 minutes later. She was taken back before me. She had to do paperwork too. She was either late for her appointment or had appointment at same time. Either way now I am still sitting here waiting at 9:45."
