"I had the best sonogram experience here. My tech Chelsea was great. Super friendly, had me laughing, and her room is very calming. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions, which there were a lot of. She didn't make me feel like cattle like some places do, where they rush you in and out. She took the time to talk to me, made me feel like an important person. I highly recommend this place and her. The staff all seem very friendly and the building is nice and clean as well. I will definitely be back for any future imaging."
"Had a great experience here! The process was very clean and professional through out. Facility was well kept, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate or water; comfortable seating, & TV. Receptionist was very nice and helped me through the process, technican was so great and informative. She made sure I was comfortable through the whole MRI and assisted helping me off the table. "This is my second trip to this Envision Imaging in the past 5 years. Both times I found the office staff very helpful from booking the appointment to getting the scans done. Had my CD ready in a very short time. Parking is better now as designated parking is available. When this type of procedure is required, it makes everything better when the whole experience is handled by friendly and pleasant staff and techs."
"I went here today after a catastrophic experience at a different imaging center in downtown yesterday. It was literally like night and day, the receptionist was friendly and attentive, they call you by “Mr.s , Ms. Mr.” instead of yelling out your first name like we are friends. So, professional...which is SO appreciated in today’s world of first name basis buddy approach to every situation. The ultra sound tech was really nice, knowledgeable and made me comfortable even as I had a long double procedure that was painful. She took her time and was very thorough, the place is very clean. It’s only downfall is location. Parking was hard due to construction and gps takes you to where you have to do a U turn to get here and then because of the construction I couldn’t see the address and had to circle around again. I would guess once they finish it will be much easier to get here."
