"This is the only time I'll come back here. The staff and parent company sees no issues with loading up the place with all sorts of burning incense. Have they no regard that people who are coming to their facility could be sick and highly sensitive to the chemical mixture they are wafing in their lobby!? I left after a few minutes coughing as I left. If I could've gotten close enough, I would've included a picture of the candles burning behind the front counter. I hope you review your own policy and MSDS sheets to determine if you're in compliance with Medicare and State regulations/codes. I'll be notifying all my physicians about my unpleasant experience along with my wife's. Thank you."
"My husband went in for an MRI today. We were greeted by the front office team Marissa and Fern. My husband felt comfortable and relaxed during his MRI with the help of Jenn, Jess and Tommy. The music they played had him at ease, everyone was informative and very helpful. He said it was an easy and quick process. Thank you all!"
"Nick, Karigan were comforting during my visit. They were personable and professional. Front desk Sarah and Ashley were great too. I was not expecting this place would be busy so late in the evening so I was pleased to see how smooth the process went. Shouts out to thought of this great idea to do what they do outside the normal business hours. Made me feel like someone really cares that life is nonstop and may not always be able to do traditional business hours. Thank you all for taking the time. Even the security guard!!! "What a great experience at Midtown Medical imaging. No one wants to get an MRI, but Tati and all the other employees at Midtown made my visit quick and painless. Their hours enabled me to go later in the evening and Tati helped me move around the office on my crutches and get all my paperwork completed. The two imaging techs were great and patient I wish I had caught their names as well. Thank you Midtown!!"
