"My daughter had an MRI at Monticello Diagnostic Imaging in Fort Worth. The facility was clean and had comfortable seating in the waiting room. The reception staff were friendly and courteous. The standout employee was KEITH. My daughter has had some traumatic experiences with MRI's in the past (she has special needs). He was so patient and helpful to her during the process. Keith deserves extra accolades for his kindness and going beyond the scope of his job to help my daughter. THANK YOU!"

"Scheduling was easy and the technologist was professional as well as a great communicator. Communication is key with MRI and I appreciate her reviewing all things to expect prior to the exam and during the exam consistently checked on me and made aware of time left for the exam. She did tell me a report will be available within 24-48 hours. It is nearly 6 days later and a report is still not available. Apparently whoever they contract with to read their MSK MRI exams still uses a transcriptionist as opposed to a voice recognition system that will allow patients and providers to have the turn around time for a report that the tech indicated following the scan. Imaging is great but they should really look into getting images read by a different radiologist group."

"I am very claustrophobic and have a difficult time with an MRI. The technologist that did my procedure was so kind an understanding, not hurried (like most). He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and used a bit of humor to get me through it. I really appreciate that, so thank you! The patient representatives at the front desk were also very warm & friendly and very efficient in the check in procedures. I would wholeheartedly recommend Monticello Diagnostic Imaging!"

"I have had 5+ over the span of 6 1/2 years at this location, and usually am happy overall with the procedures and how my results have been read and submitted to my doctor. I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last few years, but overall it’s taken a drastic downturn. Especially when it comes to your results being read. For example my last 2 CT with contrast exams where less then a paragraph of results. No detail. No explanation. Nothing. With all the time and money not to mention anxiety and pain people spend on these kinds of test you would think it would be worth more the a rushed 3 sentences. I would not recommend this establishment anymore."
