"DISASTER! I had my first sleepover on June 15, 2023, and it is July 15, 2023, and I STILL DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DME! A WHOLE MONTH!! The sleepover and mask follow up overnight went fine, but the DME Texas Medical Diagnostics recommended, ADAPT HEALTH , was a joke. APAPT HEALTH was rude, and after repeatedly trying to find out what was going on, late last week, I believe it was July 12, APADT HEALTH admitted to me they hadn’t even started the paperwork for me!!!! RIDICULOUS! While waiting for APAPT HEALTH to get going, I called Texas Medical Diagnostics, and told them of my frustrations. I left a voicemail for one of their supervisors, and she never responded. I personally found Major Medical , another DME, and called Texas Medical Diagnostics to get them to fax my info to them. After two attempts and no luck, I sent a strong e-mail to Texas Medical Diagnostics, and they sent the info to them. I hope to have an appointment before the end of July, six(6) weeks after my sleep study. Terrible customer service!!! A complete, utter JOKE! You are wasting your time and money!"

"I have never called their number and got a real person. Had to probably play phone tag 20 times during the sleep scheduling phase. Once the AT HOME test was complete I was never able to get through to get treatment for my sleep apnea. So, basically a waste of $ and time. Then a year later they tried to bill me was found to have billed in error and was resolved through email with the most rude CS rep ever."

"Comfortable bed, cool room, friendly staff! Steve was great getting me all hooked up and plugged in, and he even let me sleep a bit longer in the morning since I was in REM sleep. Anxious to see my test results, and how all of those wires collected information!"

"First time to have a sleep study done. The staff here was very friendly, unformed me every step of the way as to what they were doing and why. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed then tucked me in for the night. They even had coffee ready for me after they woke me up. I would highly recommend to friends and family."

"We have been calling and leaving messages to schedule a sleep study for a couple weeks now, but nobody returns our calls. My husband has already done the at home test and it was recommended that he come in for an in-person over night test. The staff apparently already coordinated with the insurance company, and all that is left is to get the over night test appointment scheduled. When calling, we can never speak with an actual person, but are directed to leave a message and someone will call us back. They just don't ever call back!!"
