"I stopped by a few months ago and had an Iphone screen replaced. The experience was 5 star. He was friendly and promptly fixed the phone. That screen failed and I stopped back by today. I didn't have a receipt, and they couldn't find my name anywhere in their system. I don't think it would have been covered - even if I found a receipt. The service we friendly and prompt, but I paid full price again. Hopefully it was just a defective part they purchased, and the new one will not do the same."

"I asked to get my phone fixed cause the charger port was working. They took my phone to Clarksville and it came back with no screen protector( I had one when I gave it over) That screen protector was $50 and I needed it back to get another protector from a&tt. I went home and called my mom and she said it sounded static she couldn’t hear me at all. I started to call other people to see if they heard it too. Not only did they forget the screen protector they broke my sound box. I don’t think I should have to pay just for they can fix for what they broke when I gave it to them when it was working perfectly fine except the charging port."
