"Stay here for work regularly. It is one of the cleanest housing sites in the region."
"I am here for a month, so far nice people and great rates. Enjoyed my stay there very much. Great atmosphere, very friendly service. Great place for extended stays. Kudos to Lisa and her staff for keeping this place running so well. Awesome experience. Thank you."
"Have to say you guys are A1 Amazing!! Staff is top notch and never disappoints. I stayed here while working for a extended amount of time so I decided to move my family out there with me. In the process of getting them enrolled in school I had to produce the proper documentation showing proof of residency and the staff was more than helpful and offered their assistance for anything else if needed. So I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this place. I can honestly say that the entire place including the staff are amazing! They truly do make it feel like home. Thanks again guys for everything!"
"Clean Mobile home park Rooms are fairly nice Easy access to the room with combination door locks Kitchen is stocked but enough accessories. Very dirty coffee maker. Moldy The part that made a 3 and not a 4 or 5 was the management. I heard stories from Co workers that were told to slow down and even there big truck tires are tearing up the driveways. At the time I didn't think much for all I know they were really speeding and too quick to accelerate. So I always made sure to drive under there posted speed limit. But then some nutty lady speed walked her way over to me after parking and said nearly the same story I had been hearing from others. "SLOW DOWN! YOU'RE TRUCK TIRES ARE TEARING UP OUR ROADS." What is funny to me is I have a F150 with factory recommend size tires on it. I agreed with her so not to have a situation. So if you stay there just be aware of the women with to much time on her hands"
"Clean and quiet, the rooms are nice and everything works exactly as it should. That's pretty much all I need in a place to stay while working out of state but what impressed me most was Lisa and her staff. They're friendly, personable, and clearly care about their customers' experience and handled the few requests from me and my coworkers with ease. I'll definitely go to them if work brings me back that way and so would a few of my former coworkers that were too lazy to move this winter."
