"We enjoyed every second of this mini mini vacation ,we had business to attend to n I had personal issues among anyways yes it was absolutely peaceful and very comfortable I highly recommend this place it needs update but very rustic!!!!"

"This hotel was terribly outdated. The bedding had holes in it. Bathroom was tiny with no water pressure. No closet in the room and the refrigerator never got cold. The room stayed hot the entire time and you have no control over the temperature. The entire experience felt dirty. I would not recommend this place for even one night just driving through."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room are outdated, no closet, tiny bathrooms, horrible water pressure, ever thing looks dirty, bedding/towels appear to be 50 years old, mini fridge barely worked, rooms were incredibly hot, saw multiple roaches, rooms smelled, ice machine filters were brown from never being changed, no control over AC, no fan in room. All of this was just my experience our group I'm sure had other complaints. I will say the staff was very nice but it doesn't excuse all the other stuff. Even for a 1 night quick stay there are lots of other hotels in town pick one of them."

"TV reception was bad. No phone in room but now a days everyone has cell phones. Bed was a little hard for my taste. I stayed 4 nights they only replaced towels never brought more coffee. The room was clean, fridge was cold, and a good price. I would go back."

"Such a nice place and not expensive. The rooms are great! Updated and clean bathrooms. Beds and furniture and wonderful. Refrigerator and Micro in the room. And free wifi. This is the best bargain I have ever found! I highly recommend Frio Inn if you are traveling and want a clean, updated and friendly atmosphere."
