"I Stayed At The Oyo In Pearsall Last Night. The First Thing I Noticed Was The Parking. Im In A Box Truck And I Had A lot Of Room To Park! It’s Across The Street From An HEB Which Was Awesome. There’s A Little Cesar’s Pizza And A Starbucks Directly Behind It Also! A Little Farther Back There's A Jalisco. Everything Walking Distance! The Room Was Clean The AC Was Cold I Had Fridge And Microwave. The Staff Was Attentive And Very Friendly. I Had A Great Experience Overall."

"Very dirty hotel, hair on tub and pillows! Carpet had a lot of trash had not even been vacumed had a lot of white powder. DO NOT RECOMEND 0 STARS!!!!!"

"We arrived and the office was closed, had to wait for the clerk to come check us in. Clerk then attempted to charge me an additional $100 for a downstairs room. Rooms were unkemp and not queen beds as advertised, and nothing like whats online, the breakfast is a joke, our TV never worked in our room. We reserved online 4 days stay, and house keeping entered our room while we were alseep to collect our towels on day 2 and never brought them back. They did not have clean towels to replace either. No wash clothes and house keeping never came and serviced the room the entire 4 nights we were there."

"RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!!! DON’T stay here!!!!! If I could I would give it a Negative 10!! I paid for a room with 2 queens and got double beds, the room was very nasty and unclean, sheets and towels were extremely filthy. There was no water pressure in the shower and no hot water, sink in kitchenette area poured water below the sink. Reported the problems more than once and was told I would be moving to another room. When I confronted management about moving rooms I was told if I didn’t like the place I should have left sooner. And there was no other room and she was going to go ahead and check me out. I booked and paid for 7 days and was checked out on the 3rd day. I was very ill dealing with cancer and I had my ill elderly parents with me also. Too sick to pack my family up and leave and search for a new hotel but I had no choice. Contacted booking agent for help with no help there, because they have refused to refund me for the 4 days I wasn’t there and paid for. I didn’t think it was too much to ask, all I wanted was a clean room and a hot shower that worked. I would NEVER stay a OYO again. We would have been better off if we would have just stayed in the car and not thrown away our money on filth and dishonest people that run the OYO in Pearsall Texas, time may not be a lot of money but I will be bringing them to small clams court. What they did is wrong!!! And to keep my money is stealing no matter how you look at it!!!!"
