"My brother recently went in here like he has done multiple times without issue and during the most recent visit he got a dud disposable which he tested at the time of purchase at the store. This has happened before and they would replace it and it wasn’t an issue but this last visit they refused to swap it out, stating they do not have a policy for this. Just be warned when purchasing disposables."
