"I went in for an MRI, which I had never had before, and could not get myself to calm down in the enclosed space of the MRI apparatus. The radiologist was amazing and patiently waited and helped me calm down. He guided me through the entire procedure and allowed me to settle down according to my needs (I had to take off my shoes). While I hated the procedure, the radiologist"s empathy and professionalism helped me go through with it."
