DHR Health Women's Imaging Center At Dove

"My mammogram appt. went well for the most part after the initial part. After payment was made, I was shuffled to another office for more payment demands. WHAT?? I already paid, but a woman named ALBA, sitting in an office behind a large desk answered me by telling me she doesn't work there, but wants me to pay her again. She demanded I pay her but offered me no explanation as to why I should pay again! I paid after someone else explained it to me. ALBA went on to throw my credit card back to me with such ANGER & UNPROFESSIONALISM. She also told me that she didn't call me even though I sat just outside her door because she said "SHE HAS MANY PEOPLE SIT THERE" I'm "people too" was my response. She was hostile, angry, unprofessional and after I complained to someone there, it turns out she's directly employed by the RADIOLOGISTS. I wonder if the Radiologists know what a poisonous pill they hired to collect payment from the patients that go there for mammography services? She's an angry self proclaimed non-worker at DHR IMMAGING CENTER."

"I give dhr women 5 stars cause there was no problem with parking spaces. Sign in was very friendly and there was no waiting time. The tech doing my mammogram was very gentle and very patient also extremely helpful. Thank you very much."

"Please if they send you here ask to be seen somewhere else 2 hr wait and the girls in the front are rude especially the manager !! No wonder the girls have no respect look who the manager is. It was a waste of my time here"

"Do not come with a family member, because Eliza will tell you they need to wait outside. I can't even enter with my husband we been worried of his health and he has ADHD and anxiety I mostly I have to speak for him because he has memory issues. If they don't want people there they should put it in the f paper because some people have to miss a day at work not knowing if you can help the family member. I wish it was not stars super mean and unprofessional front desk."

"The problem I see is not with the people in the front or the technicians. The problem is obtaining the results of either ultra-sounds or CT-Scan. My sister recently had an imaging for a concern on her liver. She immediately scheduled her ultra sound and 7 to 10 days later we heard nothing. Called and they HAD the results but they had not sent to her PCP!. okay fine let it pass... My sister goes back for a CT-Scan for further imaging. Again 7 to 10 days pass we call for results. AGAIN THEY have the results BUT they had not transmitted the information to her PCP. Why do you all sit on the results and the patient have to call to get you to move your fingers and hit send?? There is a REASON we go for imaging. We have a concern with out health and are in need of further testing. This may be just your JOB for you but for the patients it's nerve wrecking and emotional straining waiting for those results. DHR Women's Imaging invest a lot of money in this NEW facility BUT they should INVEST in quality personnel."
