"The appointment was scheduled, and I showed up 15 minutes before to fill in any necessary paperwork. I drove from Weslaco to the McAllen facility, took half a day off from work, and waited for 45 min after my appointment to ask the status of my appointment. The technician was not even in the office to see me. A simple courtesy call or even a reschedule would have been more professional than just leaving me in the waiting room and letting me wonder what was going on. And I was only informed because I asked. Staff were very helpful and respectful. Unfortunately, the operations or scheduling manager dropped the ball and didn't even answer my call or return it.
