"Today I had X rays of bilateral knees at this facility. My appointment was at 3:00pm but I arrived 10 minutes early. Lyn the receptionist was super nice. I was called in at 3:15pm. Saul the X-ray tech was very professional and friendly. I was out by 3:30pm so I was very content about my visit here!!"

"Condescending, unhelpful service, sarcastic receptionist. I was called while I was already in the parking lot to confirm appointment. I said I already received text notice on Saturday and they replied we don’t work weekends… really? Next I walked in and showed them the text, again a smart mouth response, “yes that is a text”. Next I was asked to provide if and insurance card. This was a pre-qualified visit. I asked why my insurance card.. they said first visit need a copy. Ok, I have not yet received a card but showed them a iPhone photo of my card. They said they needed a physical card. I said I don’t have one yet. I said just make a copy of the image and they said I was to sent the image to them. Fine, so I forwarded the image to mail and they refused to enter it on the To line. Said I had to do it as they don’t like to touch other people’s phone. It was at this point that I told them that they were making things too difficult and I did not have to be here. They said fine have a nice day…. Do smart mouth and disrespectful. No one should use this company as long as this receptionist is employed…. She could care less in providing any level of service quality."

"First and last time here. Only giving 1 star bc I have to. Came in 20 mins early for paperwork then waited 45 mins only to be told that the MRI machine was broken and it would be unknown amount of time. My appt was for simple 2 view chest X-ray, about a 10-15 exams at best. Gave me a refund but shredded my prescription. Personal service bad as well. Don’t recommend it to anyone."

"Don't ever go to this facility!!! The staff is very unprofessional. The building is so run down and no one knows what the heck they are doing. The doctor is not really concerned with any of his patients. I would not recommend this place at all. When I called in concern on my claim to my insurance, I could not get them to explain what my insurance was being charged for. I spoke to some lady named Cindy and she didn’t even sound like she knew what she was talking about, she was very rude and unprofessional. I feel like this place makes false claims and charges for things in a false manner. Please consider everything I have said before you think of going to this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place!!!!!!! I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH!!"
