"No stars! After having a home mortgage and a flooring company credit card through Wells Fargo, I decided to apply for a general use credit card. I had a small balance on an AMEX credit card that I was paying a high interest rate on and was going to transfer that balance to my new Wells Fargo card. Well, lo and behold, I was denied! I couldn't understand it. My home mortgage has been paid off as was the other credit card. I paid both off early and never missed a payment. I called Wells Fargo and said I read the letter you sent me and all the reasons but I still told understand why you denied my application. I am a customer in good standing. You often send me e-mails saying that my Shaw Flooring credit card has available credit on it. What gives? The woman I spoke with sounded so disinterested. She had me read the letter to her and offered to solutions or even an apology. I gave her all my information and still she gave me no feedback to my dilemma. I eventually hung up on her because I was just going around in circles with no end in sight. No, I will not do business with Wells Fargo."

"Spent an hour in an endless loop of auto attendants when trying to call the mortgage department. They are charging me for two home owners insurances when one was cancelled a year ago. I have been overall pleased with WF but the inability to speak to someone and the lack of customer service is appalling. I sent an email request for a phone call from a manager, director, or VP. If I receive this call, I will alter my review."

"If you have ANY option OTHER than Wells Fargo take it. Seriously.....you see a shady guy outside a bar and he offers you a loan you'd be better off trusting that guy than this joke of a business. Customer service is USELESS just refers you to 10 other people before eventually one of them just hangs up on you after an hour on the phone and NOTHING gets resolved. And if you enter your password wrong a few times...yeah good luck. They'll lock your account and no matter how many times you call and correctly provide your info and security questions they STILL won't unlock the account. They just refer you to more people. Only time they communicate at all is when you miss a payment because you've been locked out of your account for over a year and can't get in to update your bank info. Seriously don't trust these guys!"

"I had to pick up a check, had to wait for a few minutes. During the wait the two Women up front who both happened to be named Lindsay, made me feel right at home and were very courteous and made sure I had something to drink. As far as trips to financial institutions go I would give them an A+. Not to mention my advisor has always been great although he is not at this branch."
