"The Desert Pearl is amazing! Booked this for a couples retreat at Big Bend, my wife thought it was adorable and had all the necessaties for your stay. We absolutely loved the hot shower, excellent after a long day of hiking! Great place to disconnect but was actually the only location that we had cell service. There is wifi on the property but it wasn't needed for our stay. We gazed at the stars, heard howling coyotes every night, saw bunnies, bats and heard an owl right outside the window. The location is minutes to the Big Bend entrance. Several restaurants are at walking distance which we enjoyed. The view of the Chisos Mountains are spectacular! Coleman was a wonderful host and easy to be reached if needed."

Being so close to Big Bend National State Park made it very convenient for us to start our early morning hikes! The place had the perfect vibe that went with the location. "I really loved staying at Ghost Town Casitas, it was extremely peaceful yet still within walking distance of the restaurants in the town. During my first trip, I stayed in Desert Pearl and hung out on the deck at night to look at the stars and it was simply beautiful. Desert Pearl was clean and cozy. I loved the decor inside. I later revisited Terlingua and Desert Pearl was not available this time, I ended up booking Casa Piedra. This was also a really great experience. Slightly larger accommodation, but best of all was the indoor and outdoor shower. Loved it and would totally go back!"

"Casa Piedra is exactly what we needed after a few nights of camping! This casa is super cute and clean!! It is literally down the road from the Starlight Theatre, a cool place to have some drinks and a nice dinner. The host, Coleman, made our last minute reservation super easy and convenient for us.
