"Yesterday we found a lost dog at about 5pm. I frantically called around to see who could/would scan the dog for a chip. This office answered promptly, was professional, and seemed excited to help us. Since it was a stray dog, we had no leash and they gave one to us to use. They were able to scan the chip and help us locate the address of the owner. The dog was returned to that address within an hour of finding him! Thank you so much to the ladies who helped a lost pet (and us) at the end of their workday!"
"The older Blonde hair lady with the rotten teeth at the front desk needs to be replaced and I mean ASAP!!!!!!! She’s RUDE! She was running her mouth for about 5 minutes then when she was done she came to help me! Then she acts like you’re a burden or something like??? The “Doctor” I spoke with it’s something off about her. Take your pets elsewhere because this place has went DOWN HILL!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.."
"This place in insane. Front desk (Blondie) is rude as hell. They spend more time gossiping than anything else and if you interrupt them, you get A LOT of attitude. But this is Kentucky so maybe they’re just not friendly with lgbtq+ members. They did an ultrasound on my Pomeranian, left his stomach all razor burned and didn’t feel like it was important to set preventatives prior to sending him home (ie razor burn cream, etc.) or to even inform us so we could try and manage at home. so after two days of him not stop scratching and causing open sores and bleeding, they told us to come back in and charge us for another visit. I thought veterinary clinics had workers that had compassion and care?! Be cautious."
"I had been going here for years. I had a emergency with my dog. They wouldn't see me. Iroquois animal clinic took me right in.i had never been here before. But from now on that's where I'm going. I really wanted to give bcah 0. They don't care ."
"Met with Dr. Campbell and his staff today for my english bulldog Sammy. Sammy has lymphoma cancer, Dr. Campbell got right on top of things, put together a plan-of-action, and started treating Sammy right away. Dr. Campbell and his staff took their time, they didn't rush me, and they answered all my questions. I'm so glad I came here, Dr. Campbell is VERY smart, he and his staff made me feel a lot better about the situation when I left. I'm so glad my friend and veterinarian referred me here, I HIGHLY recommend Blue Cross Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Campbell for helping my baby."
