"Bought an item from eBay that is not very big 10 pounds and 8"-10"-24inches box . Was dropped off 12-1-23. This is 12-6-23 and it is still sitting in the 40383 Post office in Versailles,KY where It was left there to be shipped. How do you explain such terrible service. I suggest the USPS terminate those employees and hire an employee that will ship the items on schedule. My order tracking had a 12-4-23 delivery which is already 2 days late as of 7 pm. On 12-6-23. I demand that whoever is responsible be terminated immediately. No excuse for being that sorry. It's shameful."
"Always have had pleasant experiences in the past however today the behavior of the younger taller individual, with the huge head. He was rude to say the least. So much so to the point that I was openly laughing as I left the post office."
"Go to a different post office if you can!!! This place lost a money order that I had purchased for my rent payment. They also refuse to admit that they misplaced it and have done nothing to try and find it. Maybe don't work somewhere that handles important mail if you can't do your job properly and have a habit of losing things!!! ***Update*** They once again lost a money order that I had purchased for my rent!! I even purchased the order through them this time to try and prevent it being misplaced. Either no one there knows how to do their job properly, or someone is pocketing money orders that customers are trying to mail out. Avoid this post office!!"
"I wish there was an option to never have a package shipped via USPS. While the staff there is nice and friendly, the service has been historically horrible. Time after time our mail is delivered to a different street in our neighborhood (not sure how this happens considering the street number is right next to the street name) or other people's mail is delivered to our address. In addition, it seems as though some drivers have gotten into the habit of marking packages "delivered" when they are put in the car instead of when they are actually delivered. So you'll get a notification that your package has been delivered when it has not been...AND in some cases your package won't even be delivered on the same day it was marked delivered. The most recent source of my frustration occurred this past weekend. On Saturday I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered. Both were marked delivered but only one was delivered to my address. Upon calling the post office to see what had happened, never once did I get an apology. The lady took my number to have the post master call me back once he investigated the problem. When he called me back, he first said that my package had been accidentally dropped which didn't explain why it had been marked delivered. When I questioned further, he said that it had been put in a bin for a different address in my neighborhood (people that were on vacation and having their mail held). Might I add the street names are in no way similar. I finally received my packaged Monday afternoon. 2 days after it had been marked delivered. So to sum up all this frustration: 1. The postmaster changed his story from "your package was dropped" to "your package was put in a bin going to the wrong address," 2. This is not the first time they have delivered our packages to the wrong address, 3. The package was marked delivered when it was still sitting in a bin at the post office, and 4. I never received an apology from anyone at the post office, including the post master. It's sad that such an important establishment is so poorly and lazily run."
