"I took my 13 year old pug mix in because she hadn't been able to pee for almost 24 hours. She was shaking and panting because of the pain. I called Rita Tinsley's office and they scheduled me for that day. After she gave my pooch a thorough examination, they diagnosed her with a UTI.
