"* DO NOT GO HERE * Faulty devices. Faulty promises. Was told to return to store if my device was burnt. Upon returning I’m told by another employee they cannot replace my burnt device because I left the premises. This was directly addressed when I purchased it and I clarified it would be okay if my second device was burnt if I left the store."

"Man I have to say Ryan is my buddy juice is always perfect every time, Customer service is 5 start all round. Makes me want to come to the shop and spend it there and only there. I definitely appreciate Ryan and all the amazing recommendations and loving my juice combinations I come up with. Also I’m one of the only customers to have a juice named after me, one it’s a lot of combinations and flavors but I feel like a special customer."

"My wife got her juice from here for a long time. About a month ago she got two 120mil bottles of grape. When I got home and she saw the juice she pointed out that it wasn't mixing right. I took it back to the store and they agreed something was not right and they made 2 more bottles. I got those home and they had the same issue. When I went back again they said they would have to charge me for 1 more bottle!! We then thought OK just that location was bad. I went to their other store on 377 and decided to buy a vape for myself. It turned out to be horrible and when I went online I found of that it was 1/3rd of the price and it was a very old model. So I paid triple for an old horrible vape. We go to Vapor Galleria now."
