"Contracted with this company to install new gutters and downspouts. My contact was Ronnie Sutton and he stayed in close contact with me regarding a date the job would be completed. Looks great on my home! The job was completed in a timely manner and all old gutters and downspouts were hauled away. The workers were very nice. Best price in town. The only problems were; 1) Mr. Sutton never made an appearance the day of installation. I paid the bill and received a receipt from one of his workers. 2) On one corner of my home, there is a very large, very old lilac bush. One of the workers informed me that he had to remove "dead" branches from the center of the bush to access the downspout. After the workers left, I went to clean up said "dead" branches. The problem was, they were NOT dead. I took pictures, sent them to Mr. Sutton via text explaining that due to the age and size of the bush, replacement was not possible and the value was too high for compensation. I never received a reply to my text."

"The person that helped me I believe his name was Josh but I can say this gentleman was nothing but professional. What he had to say the quality of what he was telling me the information he was giving me the responsiveness in the willingness to work through whatever the problem was to try to get to a solution. Was by far the best experience that I’ve experienced in a long time. If he is an example of what the company is really about, I would like to work for this company. The respect that he gave to my lack of understanding and his customer service is top notch."

"Overall I am very pleased with my new roof. The guys that were here were really nice and very good at what they do. I feel that the quality of the product is better than most other products. My only complaint is I have repeatedly asked the lady who answers the phone to mail me a detailed receipt for the work and a detailed explanation of my warranty and she keeps sending incomplete information by email. I cannot print it out and do not understand why I can’t get what I have asked for. I do recommend them though for the work they do and for the products they offer."
