"Brought my cat here for the first time worst experience, they cut her nail to short she can barely use her left leg, they cut her whiskers, they didn’t trim her bottom of her paws, they took about 6 hours with her, I would never go back to this place. The guy who cashed me out was rude and left in a hurry. I would RECOMMEND taking your fur babies to “fur babies 11360 Montwood Dr El Paso, TX 79936 United States” that’s where I usually take her. you need to schedule in advance with fur babies & this was an emergency bath/grooming. But never again will I take her to this place."

"If I can put zero stars I would. I brought two of my dogs in yesterday to get groomed. Both small breeds. I noticed immediately the difference between the quality of their grooming. I contacted them today to ask if there was possibly two different groomers. Mostly I wanted to know whom to request next time and of course to voice my dissatisfaction with the quality. I was placed on hold multiple times and was transferred between two individuals (one being the owner, I was told). Both were very defensive and were unwilling to give me a direct answer. They did tell me that there is one individual who is in charge of bathing and one that does the grooming. When I picked up my pets I noticed that the male appeared anxious and began displaying aggressive behaviors later. The length of his hair is very uneven and nearly bald in some areas. This is compared to the female who I was generally satisfied with in regard to quality. I believe my male may have been more difficult to cut, but again he is a small breed and is not aggressive in nature. I attempted to resolve the issue with the owners directly but unfortunately that was not possible. I wish I would have read the other reviews before taking my pets there. The black and white dog is the female. Male is white and tan."

"Would not recommend to anyone. Very upset with the service my dog received. He is a 2 year old German Shepard. When we arrived to pick him up after a 3 day stay his paws were completely cut open. His snout was scratched up and has a lot of hair missing. He supposedly hurt himself with a “door”. He was shaking with so much fear. I wish we would have not left him there. My poor boy is in pain and we’ve been doing all we can for him. Please be careful with this place."
