Holiday Inn Express Guesthouse 1744 Victory Avenue, Fort Bliss, TX 79906

"I’ve been trying to call this hotel to book with and I have called at least ten times and the front desk worker keeps picking up the phone and immediately transferring me to higher up ihg representatives (who aren’t even able to help me make a reservation because they can’t find this hotel in their system) because they are “too busy” with a customer. Do you not know what putting someone on hold does? Very terrible customer service. I simply wanted to know if their was availability for my travels and now because they don’t want to answer the phone it may get booked up."

"Very clean and the staff was VERY nice. The young lady working the desk on Christmas night was extremely nice and helpful. Would love it if she was recognized."

"It’s simple to say we enjoyed our stay at the Fort Bliss Holiday Inn. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower was great compared to other hotels whose shower beats the skin off your bones. The continental breakfast was delicious and better than most other hotels. I am happy to say that when we come back to El Paso we will be staying at the Fort Bliss Holiday Inn."

"Not a bad place to stay when in the Fort Bliss area. No early check in or late check out available though, which makes staying here while waiting on a later flight a pain with bags, but the staff is super courteous and offered to watch our bags at reception until closer to my flight."
