"The two gentlemen that came to check our ac were very friendly and respectful of property. With temperatures in the nineties and heat index expected to be in the triple digits for the next few days we didn't want to take any chances. Relatives were coming in from Florida to stay with us for a week and the condensing unit outside was making some unfamiliar noises. Called Butch and Sons to get on their list for a cleaning and inspection. They called back and came later that afternoon. Air Conditioner has been running fine now for the last two weeks. Highly recommend them for service."

"We have been having issues with our HVAC system for a couple weeks. It finally stopped working all together on one of the hottest days. I called around 3:30pm not expecting anyone to answer since it was a holiday weekend. I was greeted with a pleasant surprise the phone was answered. After explaining were I lived and what was going on I was told they could come in about 30 minutes if that would work. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were able to find a short that probably would have been missed by most. They went above and beyond checking the whole system.
