"I could not be more pleased with a company and its employees! Communication was excellent. They arrived on time. Within 10 minutes of arriving the Tech had fixed the problem. - no part required . After fixing the issue he continued to test the system for any other issues for an additional 20 minutes. You ask- why was this such an incredible experience??? Our old HVAC company (and installer) had been out 14 times over the previous 15 months to repair our furnace (not an exaggeration!) He would be here 5-10 minutes and tell me he would have to order a part - would be here in a day or two. The furnace was under warranty at that time but sometimes less than a week would pass before the heat was out again. Again, he would say another part was needed and had to be ordered. In the end, every board and part in the furnace had been replaced (some parts multiple times) - along with some parts I did have to pay for. Again and again the furnace failed to light. Our frustration was through the roof. In the summer of 2023 the warranty expired. We were dreading the possibility of paying for parts or replacing the furnace. Instead, we called Wright Mechanical and the tech quickly discovered the problem was just a poor wire connection. No more parts to be replaced, no more freezing nights and week-ends (previous company did not answer their phones on the week--end or after 5 pm), no more frustration. Wright Mechanical fixed the problem. It's now been 4 months and the furnace has not failed to light one single time. Fast, friendly, trustworthy. Wright Mechanical is my HVAC provider!"
