"Dial NO McConnell.. I was assigned this company via my home warranty company to fix my microwave. The technician came out on 01/26 to see, and determine what the issue was with my microwave. He told me what it was, and what part would be needed to fix it. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part in stock so it needed to be ordered, and they would call me when it arrived. Ok, I had no problem with that, because that happens. My issue now is that it has been 4 weeks, and my microwave is still not fixed. Every time I’ve called to get a status, I’m told that we’ll call you when we get something. They never do! It doesn’t take 4 weeks to get something in the mail... My refrigerator needed repair that same week. My home warranty company sent out a different repair company to fix it. My fridge needed 6 parts, and all the parts arrived within 3 days, and it’s completely repaired, so there’s no excuse. I’ve called my home warranty company to ask if they could send someone else out to repair my microwave, but they can't since they’ve already started the process. They did say that if I still haven’t heard from them to call back, and they would start a formal complaint process against them which I plan to do. I’ve had to go out, and buy another microwave for my family to use, because this has been a complete inconvenience. I can’t get answer from the repair company, and I’m fed up. If you’re assigned this company ask your home warranty to give you someone else, or if you’re doing this on your own find someone else. If not, you’ll be waiting..."
