"incompetent, not to mention probably corrupt like the cops too. this is why the legal system is a joke. someone i know has been in jail for over 3 years and they can not get their act together to go to trial (whether or not found innocent or guilty) and it keeps getting delayed not for lack of evidence but because they are not prepared because they cant look into something that most anyone with a brain can, that is just inexcusable."
