"There was a male technician who was not helpful at all. We stopped in bc My sons brand new Apple Watch wouldn’t sync to his phone or update. The male tech was going on about shipping the watch back and needing an appointment. A female tech came up to assist and she quickly figured out that she could try to sync it and update it with an older phone they have. It took a while but it worked and it was an easy fix. Kudos to her for her excellent customer service and willingness to look at the problem."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I received an email that let me know my account was charged $347.45 for a service that I never ever got and never even asked for. I have never went to the geek squad for anything in my life. When I called the number to ask what this was about he wanted me to get on the computer and do some things which I work on teeth and am in the office on lunch break. He told me this charge was from the help I requested on my home computer and I don’t even have a home computer and I have a private team for my dental office computers so that’s how I know this is a scam. After I told him that he told me my money would be back on my card in 2 to 3 days, he told me his name and his employee number, said have a great day and hung up. If this isn’t resolved I will get a lawyer and fight this in court but this is review to let everybody know that the geek squad is scamming for sure!"

"Was told to have an appointment, I did, got there, my name was there, had available techs N/A. Got ready to leave, a person asks what I needed. I proceeded to tell them I had an appointment. Did I mention there were two in the back not waiting on any customers. Asked how long I would need to wait, asked me what kind of product I had, if it were an Apple devise, it would take 20 minutes just to talk about the devise. Some of the customers thought it was funny since they heard the whole conversation. Really a thrill to be humiliated in public!"

"Costumer Service is trash. I was told that I need an appointment just to get an estimate for a phone repair (cracked screen).Then the same person tells me they don't have any appointments and just show up. It's an hour drive one way just to be told you can't be seen without an appointment. And apparently I can't call the store directly? Just trying to get a screen replaced on a phone. Wow."

"They repair Sony Vaio laptops they sale only. They are not a Sony Electronics Factory Repair Contractor. I bet Sony has no clue they refuse to repair Sony Electronics not bought from Best Buy yet The Geek Squad aka (Best Buy) is the only Sony Electronics Factory Service & Repair Center remotely close to Central Western KY. I thought The Geek Squad repaired all electronics if being paid to make repairs.....guess not..... My laptop is now officially a $2,200.00 junk pile. Thanks Sony and Geek Squad"
