Located inside Dollar General, this location allows you to easily redirect your packages for pickup and drop off. Simply bring your tracking number and ID, and your package will be ready for pickup once notified. Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this service, and pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages can also be dropped off. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they include a completed printed label with a FedEx account number or credit card payment. For assistance with packing supplies or hazardous material shipments, visit a staffed FedEx location in Mounds. Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so all packages must be dropped off "ready to ship" with a printed shipping label affixed to the box.

"The Fed Ex that comes to mounds Illinois apparently can not read house numbers. Only 4 houses lived in on the whole block and he can not read the house numbers clearly visible on the porch. I know I can not order anything else because they are just putting packages anywhere they want and they do not get in trouble for it. It is sad too because now I can not trust them to deliver anything. I guess my ordering days are over"
