"Inconsistent package and mail delivery times. Package I have went out for delivery from the Greenville office at 9 am and went back to the office at night. Paid extra for the shipping too from Amazon."
"I mailed an item Priority Mail (3 day delivery) from TN to Greenville, KY that went to Louisville twice, all the way to Denver, and then got stuck in the Hazelton, MO facility. I asked for a USPS service request after 2 weeks. The Greenville, KY Postmaster, Jill Smith, called me herself to inform that she would contact Hazelton and monitor the package until Greenville received it, and would call me once received. The delay was no fault of Greenville, but Ms. Smith showed that she cared, and went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service."
"Can not talk to a real person!! I need to let someone to deliver my mail at my new address !!!!!"
"If i had the ability to leave a negative star review i would.they changed my address 4 times in 10 years.refuse to deliver mail to the correct address. I complained to postmaster general about it and the problem stopped for about a year.they even went so far as to go to the 911 office and have them change my 911 Address to what they wanted it ro be.i had to go change it back.i have a government clearance job.every change in my address makes me ineligible for work for a period of months sometimes. I lost a huge sum of wages already over this disaster. I will be contacting the postmaster general again.i will probably end up buying land outside thier reach to get a good permanent address they cant change.thanks again Greenville usps rockstars!"
"If I could leave no stars I would. They have refused to deliver my mail for 6 months. I have talked to them, and asked them what is going on and all they say is "It looks like no one lives there." I have had bills disconnected because of this. Terrible."
