"I had a terrible experience at this vape shop. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The staff was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting customers. Not only that, but the products they sell are of extremely poor quality. I purchased a vape product that ended up being burnt right out of the box. When I asked for an exchange or refund, they flat out refused, claiming it was my fault. This kind of attitude and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this vape shop if you value good customer service and quality products. Save yourself some time and trouble go to Vape City a couple blocks down the street. Forgot to mention their vapes are expensive. $45 for a Tyson Heavy Weight Vape!!"
