"Now I know why they are rated so bad. Customer service at the lowest level. Called around 4:05pm they close at 5pm. I was calling to schedule an appointment. I know it doesn't take 55 minutes to schedule an appointment (well maybe for that lady it does). Right off the back I requested to schedule and they stated that if I didn't know what kind of appointment then I should go to a location in person; that without seeing my order they couldn't help. I didn't even get to tell them what type of appointment and she cut me off and stated hold on mumbled something...and hung up."
